Come as you are, wear what you want.

When you arrive, you’ll see members of our Welcome Team and clergy ready to greet you.

Our services are liturgical...

which includes group prayer, singing, readings from Scripture, a sermon, and communion. You can join in as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. Our services are based on the Book of Common Prayer. We do some standing and sitting—clergy up front will give instructions. If you get confused, don’t worry, we’ve all done it!

What to expect...

Our 7:45 A.M. chapel service typically lasts just under an hour. Our 10:00 A.M. service lasts about an hour and a half. People come to Truro wearing jeans, dresses, sweatshirts, suits & ties. Dress however you’re comfortable.

Coming to a church for the first time can be intimidating.

We won’t single you out or embarrass you. Whether you have some faith or no faith, whether you’re looking for a church home or just wanting to see what it a church is like, you are welcome at Truro. And when you’re ready to take the next step, we’re here to help.
