Heather Hall is the Assistant Director of TIPS, serving part time on Truro’s outreach team helping ministry to the nations.  In the past 14 years of her married life, she has had the profound privilege of living abroad in Saudi Arabia and Morocco trailing her Foreign Service spouse, raising two children, and asking the Lord to open and close doors where He wants her gifts to land.  In seeking His guidance in Northern Virginia, he has often positioned her to serve the immigration population seeking refuge as asylees or refugees in the US, or, as with TIPS, coming alongside those who have a harder time navigating our US systems due to a language barrier.  Since she loves to cook, plan events, has a strong managerial and administrative background, and enjoys hearing and valuing people’s stories, the mission statement for TIPS excitedly aligns with her gifts of hospitality, administration and encouragement.
