Chris Hammond serves as our Pastoral Associate, focusing on adult discipleship and formation along with pastoral care systems. In 2026, Chris concluded 27 years of federal government service. Ordained as a Presbyterian minister of Word and Sacrament since 1999, he has served in pastoral roles with churches in Huntsville, Alabama, and in Centreville and Vienna, Virginia. He is a minister member in the East Central Presbytery of the Covenant Order of Evangelical Presbyterians (ECO) and has begun pursuing ordination in the Anglican Church in North America. He is also a certified professional leadership and executive coach. He holds a B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley, an M.A. in English from Emory University, and a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary. The Lord has blessed Chris and his family through the ministry of Truro over the years, especially through the Truro Preschool and Kindergarten.
