Dear Truro family,
Last week, most of you should have received a letter in the mail from me, about my upcoming pastoral prayer retreat when I spend a few days away praying for our church and for the needs of the members of our church family. Enclosed in the letter, there was a sheet to write down some specific ways that I can pray for you or your loved ones, and a return envelope. If you’d like to fill that out and mail it back to me, I’d be privileged to pray for you personally and write you a note. No one will read what you’ve written besides me.
If you did not receive one of these letters, we’ll have them available this coming Sunday in the narthex. We’d like to receive them by the end of next week, if possible. You can also put them in the plate this coming Sunday (the 28th) or the following Sunday (October 5th). I thank God for the privilege of serving as your pastor!
