Dear Truro family,
If you’ve started calling Truro home in the last several months, we’d love to get to know you better, and for you to know us better. Please join us for our Membership Lunch on Sunday, November 8, from 12:00 to 2:15pm.
Membership isn’t about getting your name on a list. It’s about saying, “This is my church family.” As we saw in Acts 2 a few weeks ago, the early Church didn’t just attend. They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. They belonged to one another. That’s what we want for every person who calls Truro home!
Over lunch, we’ll introduce you to our essential convictions and beliefs, and you’ll hear from various leaders about who we are and what we’re about. This is the next step for anyone who’d like to make their membership at Truro official, or who’d like to be confirmed or received into the Anglican Church when Bishop Warner visits in June 2027.
And if you’re not sure yet, come anyway. You’ll have a good meal, meet some wonderful people, and leave knowing us better than when you came. Childcare provided! Register here.
Your brother,
Jamie
