Dear Truro family,
This Sunday I’ll be asking you to make your financial commitment to the Lord and to this church for 2025. Pledge cards will be in the pews, and you can fill out the left portion, tear it off, and put it in the offering plate when it comes by. This will be an important moment as we partner together in the gospel, to steward the financial resources he’s given us for the purpose of building his church here in Fairfax. I ask you to give as generously as you’re able, and as the Holy Spirit leads. “Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver” (2 Corinthians 9:7).
As 2024 draws to a close, I thank you on behalf of the clergy, staff, and vestry for your sacrificial giving. My prayer is that we would end this year without any deficit, and enter 2025 on solid financial footing. Below, you’ll find more info about how to give.
