Dear Truro family,
At our annual church family meeting last Sunday, I was so encouraged by the reports from different leaders in our church about the work of God in and through Truro. I shared my main idea – that God has given us a clear vision for who we are and what we’re supposed to be about, so let’s step out into that vision!
On that note, I’m challenging us to renew our beloved sanctuary. Every inch of the flooring, paint, pews, lighting, kneelers, and narthex needs to be addressed. We’ve budgeted $60,000 towards this, but it will likely take four times more. Please don’t adjust your regular giving for this, but rather, consider a special one-time gift so that we can take care of this in the summer. It’s time for our sanctuary to reflect our confidence and vision for the future of Truro.
