Clergy Notes – June 2nd, 2023

Dear Truro Family,

This Sunday in our 10:00 A.M. service, we’re going to publicly thank the teenagers and adults in our congregation who have served in our Family Ministries this past year. We are so thankful for the ways they have given of their time and talents to welcome and care for the kids in our parish, that they might grow up in Christ. Thank you!

A specific “thank you!” for your faithfulness every week to: Brad Brewster, Tom Heitman, Judy Szabo, Josh Cullum, and Tim Bronaugh and virtually every week Jingwen Corrigan, Dani Stefan, Lillian Foos, Buddy Szabo, and Elizabeth Andreson! Thank you also to Amanda Isaac, Seth Middleton, Julia, Ellen, and Ian Gross, Sarah Lasmanis, Katie Davidson, Becky Oravetz, Emily Cullum, Abby Waldron, Regan Dame, Sophia Jordan, Marsha Foos, Holly Desmarais, Jenny Seawright, Ashley Campana, George and Mary Huttar, Patrick Foos, and Genna Walnut for providing much needed help! If you see them, thank them for shepherding the next generation!

Join us in praying this prayer for our young people (taken from our Anglican baptism service):

“We pray, that as living members of the Body of Christ, they may grow up in every way into him who is the head. That, looking to Jesus, they may run with endurance the race set before them, and at the last receive the unfading crown of glory. Amen.”

Your partner in Christ,

Mike
