Dear Truro family,
Looking back on the first half of 2025, there are so many things to thank God for as a church! A few come to mind.
- January: Baptisms + a new TIPS semester + a new Bible study for young moms + winter wonderland daughter dance
- February: Souper bowl Tuesday + the launch of the “Pure Desire” course + men’s breakfast + young families supper club
- March: Shrove Tuesday pancake dinner + Ash Wednesday + Truro membership course + Springo + TPK Soiree + sending a mission team to Black Mountain, NC
- April: Leaning Into Lent + Holy Week + Easter + International Festival
- May: Women’s retreat + Confirmations + more baptisms
- June: Yet more baptisms + Pentecost + vacation bible school + our church picnic + beginning another summer in the Psalms
- July: Handing out 500 water bottles on July 4 + launching our local outreach backpack drive + TIPS One-to-One conversation partners + youth Bible studies + children’s choir + a bittersweet goodbye to the Whitehouses + a delicious Peruvian chicken feast + so much more
Praise God for his work in and through this church. All made possible by the power of the Holy Spirit, and thanks to your prayers, your partnership, and your giving.
